- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Naturoherbs.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price of the item minus the original shipping fee (not the shipping fee shown in cart as it is discounted) incurred by Naturoherbs.com to send the product to you. The exact shipping fee deducted will be as per the courier invoice for your original shipment.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days after the approval of the return.
