How to use Swallow Wort Powder
Internally
Take 5 grams of Indian Whitehead Powder with 100 ml of water and boil for a few minutes. Once the water is warm, strain, and drink it before meals. Do the same in the evening after dinner.
Externally
For eczema: Mix 2 g of Swallow wort powder and 2 tbsp of yogurt well. If the mixture is applied regularly on the itchy area, skin rashes can be removed in a few days.
For wounds: Take Indian Whitehead Powder paste on a thin cotton cloth, and apply the paste on wounds or swellings. It effectively gets rid of wounds or swelling. If this procedure is done 2 or 3 times a day, any infection can be cured in a few days.
