Kitchen utensils made of stone are chemically dull, so the taste of the ingredients and vegetables cooked in these utensils is natural. The original aroma and taste of the ingredients are retained when cooked in stone utensils. Also, the taste of food cooked in Paniyara Kal is more realistic than in modern cooking pots. Village sculptors and artisans make these utensils by hand.
Application Method
1) Mix both turmeric powder and oil and apply the paste on the surface of the pot. Leave it for 20 hours.
2) Heat the rice-water mixture and pour it up to the neck of the pot and leave it for a whole day.
3) Repeat the same procedures for the next 3 days.
4) After 3 days, the surface will become unstable. Now the character is ready to use. With little or no oil, you can cook food in a stone pot.
