The Bluejack is one of the traditional herbs in India and Malaysia, and it is commonly known by Manjakani, Oak, and many other names. This plant is widely found in all homes in Tamilnadu because it offers all the essential resistance and immunity to the newborn. It is an essential medicinal plant which is used in Ayurveda to make many medicines for various diseases. It is a semi-evergreen, deciduous, and small tree that grows up to two meters in height. This small tree grows in all kinds of soil. The flowers of this plant are unisexual and the male flowers of this plant are catechins in axillary racemes, dangling,  6-8 tsp pericarp, and 6-10 pollen. The female flowers are found in the small cluster on the leaf axils. The Manjakani is rich in proteins, gallic acid, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It also contains lots of medicinal properties.
